The 12 Days of Wellness

As the holiday season approaches, it’s easy to get off track. Our 12 Days of Wellness Challenge will help you stay focused and healthy.

The Challenge:

To participate, complete one wellness activity each day from the 12 days of wellness activity list, with the goal to complete 3 activities from each of the four wellness categories. There are four different categories reflecting our wellness program’s guiding principles of Movement, Nourishment, Purpose, and Connection.

Get the tracking form from your Branch Wellness Coordinator or click on the picture below to download. Complete the tracking form and submit it to wellness@atlantickg.com or your Branch Wellness Coordinator by Dec. 18th.

The Prize:

Those who successfully complete the 12 Days of Wellness Challenge will be entered into a raffle to win a Tabletop Solo Stove.

BONUS: Share a photo of at least one of your activities in the Atlantic Wellness Webex group chat to earn one additional entry into the 12 Days of Wellness prize raffle.
