Wellness Points Program & Insurance Premium Discount
We are continuing our wellness points program for 2021. Employees must collect 100 points and complete the required activities between now and August 31st, 2021 in order to be eligible to receive the medical insurance premium discount for next year (2021 – 2022).
The two required activities are:
- Health History and Risk Assessment (HHRA) Questionnaire (10 Points)
- If this is your first time completing the HHRA, please complete the Health History and Risk Assessment Questionnaire.
- If you’ve completed the HHRA last year, you can complete the shorter questionnaire, the Health Risk Assessment Annual Update instead.
- Please complete your HHRA Update Questionnaire (or HHRA) prior to your Comprehensive health Review (CHR).
- Comprehensive Health Review (CHR) with your health coach (10 Points)
- You can make an appointment in the Marathon Health portal or by calling your health coach directly. Here is a list of all the health coach phone numbers.
There are lots of ways to get points! As you’ll see, many options to earn points are the same as last year but there are also some new categories and options available.
May 100 Point Raffle
We will be doing a raffle drawing in May for an iPad for anyone who has earned 100 wellness points AND completed their HHRA and CHR by April 30th.
Also, anyone who completes has earned 100 wellness points AND completed their HHRA and CHR by April 30th will have their name entered in the wellness grand prize drawing in August.
Don’t Have Regular Access to a Computer?
If you don’t have regular access to a computer, you can access the portal from a cell phone or by using the Marathon Health App (available in your phone’s App Store). Also, each branch coordinator will post printed monthly point reports at a designated location in your branch. Please contact your branch coordinator if you have any questions.
Health coaching is available to all Atlantic employees. Your Marathon health coach is there to help you on your wellness journey by offering support, education, and and encouragement. They can help you set individual goals that are in line with your specific needs and aspirations. Once you’ve chosen the areas you would like to work on, they can work with you create a realistic, actionable plan. You can schedule your required telephonic Comprehensive Health Review or a telephonic health coaching visit directly from the Marathon portal by clicking “New appointment” on the homepage or by calling your health coach. You can find a list of their phone numbers here. You will be responsible for making and attending your own appointments.

The Atlantic Wellness program is committed to helping you achieve your best health. Rewards for participating in a wellness program are available to all employees. If you think you might be unable to meet a standard for a reward under this wellness program, you might qualify for an opportunity to earn the same reward by different means.
