2021 Onsite Biometric Screenings

We are excited to be able to offer ONSITE Biometric Screenings in May 2021!

LabCorp will be onsite offering screenings in May. They have Covid-19 protocols and additional cleaning processes in place.

Please treat your screening appointment like a doctor’s visit. Arrive a few minutes prior to your scheduled time. If you need to wait, please do so at an appropriate distance. Once your screening is complete, either return to work or if you are working remotely, please leave the branch immediately.

Other options are going to a LabCorp location with a voucher, or having your doctor complete the screening as part of a free annual physical. Simply create an account in the LabCorp portal and download either the voucher or PCP form.
