Meditation Workshop with Lyn Tally 

When learning this essential skill it is important to understand how and when your brain is functioning at your optimal state. Different brain states are needed for different activities in order to function optimally at work and at home. Understanding brain states is key to being able to create a meditation practice that works for you. Over the four weeks, you will learn the foundations of meditation, what it is, and how it works, break the common pattern of  inconsistency with our unique technique, experience and practice our “foolproof” approach to sit in stillness for ten-minutes daily, and never miss another day with our super simple strategy to stay on track in real life.
