2024 – 2025 Wellness Incentive Program & Insurance Premium Discount

At Atlantic, we care about your health and well-being. We want to continue to empower all of you to take strides towards living a healthier life. One of the main areas that is important to focus on is preventive care. Think about preventive care like taking care of your car. You don’t know what is going on until you look under the hood and each year you need to change the oil, rotate the tires, and fill it with gas in order for it to run well and last a long time. Your body requires the same amount of care.

We believe that the best healthcare is preventive healthcare. It is important that everyone in the Atlantic family have a healthcare provider who can establish a baseline for your health and be there to help identify early signs of cancer, chronic disease and even depression or anxiety. Therefore we will continue our Wellness Incentive Program that allows you to earn a discount on your medical premium by completing these 4 preventive activities: Biometric Screening, Annual Physical, Preventive Exam, and a Health Coaching or Behavioral Health Visit.

How to Earn The Wellness Discount 

Complete these four activities before the August 31, 2025 deadline to earn the wellness discount for next year.

1) Complete a Biometric Screening 

  • Onsite biometric screenings are held at most branches in the Fall. If your location did not have an onsite event or you are a remote employee, complete your biometric screening by following these steps:
    1. Schedule an annual physical with your provider. An annual physical is free with company insurance once per plan year (10/1/2024 – 9/30/2025).
    2. Log into the WellRight portal, click on the Annual Physical Tab, and then click on “schedule” to print your form.
    3. Ask your doctor to complete the form and upload it into the WellRight portal under the Biometric Screening Tab
      **Once uploaded, this will count for both your Biometric Screening and Annual Physical requirements**

2) Complete an Annual Physical at the Carter Health Center (Tabor City Employees) or with your Primary Care Doctor.

  • This item will be marked as complete in the WellRight portal once submission of proof of completion such as an Explanation of Benefits, a screenshot of a confirmation email or receipt, or the Annual Physical/Preventive Care verification form is uploaded in the portal under the Annual Physical Tab.

    All submissions are subject to audit by the program administrator. There will be no claims information provided by your insurance carrier. All information must be submitted by the participant.

  • With our insurance, you are allowed one physical per PLAN year, not calendar year. 

3) Complete One Preventive Age/Gender Indicated Health Exam, Dental Cleaning, or Eye Exam 

  • This item will be marked as complete in the WellRight portal once submission of proof of completion such as an Explanation of Benefits, a screenshot of a confirmation email or receipt, or the Annual Physical/Preventive Care verification form is uploaded in the portal under the Preventive Care Tab.

    All submissions are subject to audit by the program administrator. There will be no claims information provided by your insurance carrier. All information must be submitted by the participant.

Qualifying Exams:

  • Mammograms
  • Colonoscopies
  • Well-woman
  • Prostate Exam
  • Dental Exam/ Screening
  • Prev Skin Check
  • Vision (Eye) Exam

4) Complete One Health Coaching Visit or Behavioral Health Appointment 

  • These appointments can be scheduled by calling 1-800- 882-2109 or by emailing coaching@mywellportal.com.
  • For Behavioral Health appointments schedule directly with Tiffany by calling at 910-500-6846 or by scheduling through the Marathon Health portal.

If you missed the Aug. 31st deadline to receive the discount for the 2024-2025 plan year, complete the four required activities and earn the discount as soon as they are complete. This will also qualify you for the discount for the 2025-2026 plan year. 

New Employees

If you are a new employee hired on or after March 2, 2025 you can select the wellness discount when making your benefit selections and receive the premium discount for the remainder of the 2024–2025 plan year. You will also receive the discount for the 2025–2026 plan year but are required to complete the program requirements during that plan year to continue earning the discount moving forward.

Spouse Raffle 

We want you to encourage your spouses to also get their annual physical! Any spouse who is covered by the Atlantic insurance plan who completes an annual physical will have their name entered into a raffle drawing. The drawing will take place in September 2025.

Early Bird Raffle

Complete all four requirements by April 30, 2025 and be entered into the Early Bird Raffle for a chance to wint one of three great prizes. This year we will raffling off a Hybrid Bicycle, a meal delivery serivce subscription, and a gym mebership (length of time to be determined).

WellRight Portal

Log in to the WellRight Portal. There you can check your incentive status, set up an appointment with a Health Coach, see your biometric information, and participate in health -related activities and challenges.
