This year marks a major milestone for Atlantic—our 80th anniversary. Eight decades of innovation, growth, and most importantly, the incredible people who make this company what it is. That’s you. As we celebrate 80 years strong, we’re launching something special that puts you first: the 80 for 80 Wellness Challenge.
THE CHALLENGE – Here’s what it’s all about. Last year, 71% of those participating in our medical discount program completed the four core wellness activities. That’s really good, but we can do better.
Here’s our goal: Reach 80% completion across all branches for our 80th year.
To make it easier, we have created small goals for you to work toward in order to complete the 4 activities FAST!
Goal 1: Complete Your Biometric Screening by Nov. 30th

- Biometrics were held onsite at most of our locations in October and November. If you were not able to participate in one of these onsite screenings. Log into WellRight and click on the Biometric Tile. Select “Schedule” and follow the prompts to download your Physician Form. Take this to your doctor when you have your annual physical and upload the completed form.
- You can also get a copy of the Physician Form by emailing wellness@atlanticpkg.com or from your branch Wellness Coordinator. Completed forms provided this way must be sent to physicianscreening@ehealthscreenings.com
Goal 2: Complete Your Health Coaching by Jan. 31st

Goal 3: Complete Your Annual Physical by March 30th

- Set up your physical with your doctor and submit proof of completion on the WellRight portal.
- Proof of completion can be an Explanation of Benefits, a screenshot of a confirmation email or receipt. You may also use the Annual Physical Form provided on the WellRight platform under the Annual Physical tile.
- Upload documentation directly on the WellRight portal or email to wellness@atlanticpkg.com*
- Did you know? Our insurance allows you to have an annual physical once per PLAN year, not once per calendar year. So, if you had a physical in August, you can have one at any time this year after October 1, 2025.
Goal 4: Complete Your Preventive Exam by May 31st

THE REWARD- Everyone who completes all four wellness activities and helps their branch reach that 80% goal will receive $80. And here’s where it gets exciting — the faster your branch hits 80%, the faster you get rewarded. So, rally your teammates, encourage each other, and let’s see which branch crosses the finish line first!

FAQs:
How will I receive the $80? Once your branch reaches 80% completion, everyone who completes all 4 activities will receive an $80 visa gift card.
If I complete the 4 activities but my branch doesn’t reach 80%, do I still get the $80? Only if the company as a whole reaches 80% completion. That’s why it’s so important for your branch to hit that 80% goal!
I am not on the medical plan – can I still participate? Yes! If you complete the 4 activities and 80% of the medical plan participants at your branch complete the 4 activities, you’ll receive a gift card.
