March Challenge: Light’s Out
March is National Sleep Month.

One simple habit—going to bed at the same time each night—can make a big difference. A consistent bedtime helps regulate your body’s internal clock, making it easier to fall asleep, stay asleep, and wake up feeling refreshed. Over time, this steady sleep rhythm can boost energy, reduce stress, and support long‑term well‑being.
Join us for the Light’s Out Challenge during the month of March. This challenge invites you to go to bed at the same time (+/- 30 min.) each evening for 30 days. Track “Yes” each day you go to bed on time. To complete the challenge and receive your raffle ticket, track “Yes” for 25 days.
