This month, we’re inviting you to step away from electronics (including your phone) and reconnect with something more meaningful: your time, your energy, and your presence.

The Challenge: For 30 days, commit to one intentional hour each day without electronics—no phone, tablet, computer, TV, or smartwatch notifications.

No scrolling.
No notifications.
No pressure to be productive.

Just intentional, uninterrupted time.

How It Works

  • Download the tracking form from WellRight or click here: Wire Less Challenge Tracking Form
  • Pick any hour that works for you (morning, evening, or mid‑day)
  • Use the time however you choose: walk, read, cook, stretch, talk, reflect, rest
  • On the provided tracking form, track each day you successfully unplug for one hour and note what you did with that hour.
  • At the end of the challenge, fill in the reflection box at the bottom of the form.
  • At the end of the 30 days, upload your tracking form to WellRight, or email it to wellness@atlanticpkg.com to receive one raffle ticket.

This challenge isn’t about giving something up. It’s about noticing what you gain when you take your time back.

One hour.
One day at a time.
