May is Mental Health Month
May is Mental Health Awareness Month, a time to pause and recognize that mental health is health and is just as important as your physical health.
We all experience stress, challenges, and moments of feeling overwhelmed, at work, at home, and everywhere in between. Mental health looks different for everyone, and there’s no single “right” way to feel. What matters most is knowing that support is available and that asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
This month is a reminder to check in, with ourselves and with one another. That can be as simple as taking a real break, setting healthy boundaries, moving our bodies, or having an honest conversation with someone we trust.
We also want to remind everyone of the mental health resources available to you. Through Spring Health, you and the members of your household have access to confidential mental health support, including therapy, coaching, self‑guided resources, and tools designed to meet you where you are. Whether you’re navigating everyday stress, work‑life balance, or something more complex, support is there when you need it.
Other resources available through Spring Health are:
Taking care of your mental health doesn’t have to mean doing everything at once. Even small steps, like reaching out, learning more, or simply giving yourself permission to rest, can make a meaningful difference.
As we move through May, let’s continue building a culture where mental health is openly acknowledged, supported, and prioritized, not just this month, but all year long.
As a visible sign of support and awareness, we invite everyone to wear green on May 14th.
It’s a simple way to show solidarity, spark conversation, and remind one another that mental health matters and that we are in this together.
