The Be Grateful Challenge is a simple yet powerful way to boost your well-being. For 30 days, take just one minute each day to write down three things you’re grateful for – no repeats! Challenge yourself to notice something new each day, big or small.

How to participate:
Track you gratitude daily using the WellRight app. You can:

Visit the BeGrateful Challenge Tile and click on Tracking each day
Prefer a paper option? Download this Tracking Form and submit to wellness@atlanticpkg.com once you’ve completed the challenge.
