Whether that is to run your first 5K or your next marathon, to lose weight or gain muscle, to get a better night’s sleep or manage stressors in your life, health coaching is a great resource. ALL Atlantic employees have access to our Health Coaches. However, if you are on the medical plan, a health coaching visit is a requirement to receive and keep your wellness discount.
