What is preventative care?
Preventative care: the stuff you do (before you get sick) to stay healthy.

Preventative care can be an annual check-up, screenings or immunizations that help prevent illness, disease or detect under the radar health issues. It can also help identify health problems like high blood pressure, diabetes, or certain cancers earlier, when they’re most treatable. Detecting health problems early often result in a better chance of recovery.
