Season to Savor is a month-long wellness challenge designed to help you slow down, cozy up, and truly savor the holiday season. Throughout December, complete 12 cozy, mindful prompts—each crafted to encourage presence, rest, creativity, and intentional living during one of the busiest months of the year.

Instead of focusing on productivity or performance, Season to Savor invites you to embrace softness: warm drinks, slower movement, digital breaks, candlelight evenings, nourishing meals, and simple rituals that reconnect you to yourself and the season.

Complete the prompts in any order, at any time during December.

How It Works

  1. Complete all 12 prompts (in any order) throughout the month of December.
  2. Each prompt focuses on a different mindful or cozy seasonal activity—for example:
      • Choosing a guiding word
      • Savoring a slow sip
      • Taking a half-speed stroll
      • Cooking a seasonal meal
      • Writing a heartfelt letter
      • Enjoying a candlelit evening

  3. Use the challenge tracker to check off each prompt as you complete it.
  4. Submit your completed tracking sheet through WellRight (Season to Savor) or email it to wellness@atlanticpkg.com to receive your Atlantic Wellness Raffle Ticket.
