How much do you need?
Research has found a prescription for how much time outside we need for our health. Some experts suggest that a nature prescription of 20 minutes a day is the right does to unlocking the health benefits of nature.
Challenge Overview
For this 3-week challenge, the goal will be to spend 120 minutes each week outside. This equates to approximately 20 minutes per day. Time outside could be on a walk in the park, working in the garden, fishing, hiking, etc. Track your time outside each day on the calendar provided HERE or get a copy of the calendar from your Branch Wellness Coordinator.
Bonus Nature BINGO!
During the challenge, you have the option to also participate in a game of Nature Bingo! The Nature Bingo sheet can be found on the back of the calendar. Check it out HERE.
