Bonus Recipe: Blueberry Banana Smoothie

15 Minutes, Serves 2, 7 Ingredients


2 ea. Frozen Bananas
1 Cup Blueberries
1 Cup Low Fat or Greek Yogurt
1/4 Cup Flax or Chia Seeds
Juice of 1 Orange
2 Tbsp. Agave Syrup
2 Tbsp. Organic Honey


  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend on high for 1 minute. Chill or serve over ice.
